Thursday, June 4, 2009 - Today we popped into a pub and finally, I felt like I was in Scotland. It's so weird, but I really haven't been into a pub or cafe that seems to play any music from the UK. It's always either pop music (mostly from the US), or nothing at all.
This place, Hootananny's, apparently was voted best live music venue in Scotland in 2005. Live music every night, awesome decor, super nice people working there, very happy (probably drunk) patrons, and finally: Scottish music playing. Now I'm in Scotland.
And tonight, an award-winning UK fiddler will be playing there and admission is free. We will be there.

Hoje nos fomos para um bar e fin-al-mente, eu sinti que estou em Escocia. Eh estranha, ate agora, eu nunca achei um bar ou cafe que tocou musica Escocia. Mas hoje noite, eles estao tocando musica Escocia ao vivo.. E estou animado demais..
